Create a Program
Ready to launch a new training program and grow your coaching business? In this tutorial, we'll show you how to create your first program in FitNSet—how to name it, set the price, and add sessions quickly and easily.

Creating programs in FitNSet helps you build once and sell many times. Instead of creating a new plan for every client, you can reuse structured programs again and again—like a four-week fat loss plan or a four-week muscle-building program. This saves you time and lets you focus on what really matters: training your clients and growing your business.
Step-by-Step Guide
Open the FitNSet app
You'll land on the home screen.
Switch to your Trainer Dashboard
This is your command center for managing clients, programs, and your revenue.
Tap on the Create tab
This is where all your program-building tools are located.
Select "Create Program"
This opens the page where you begin building your new program.
Fill in your program details
Start with a clear, benefit-driven program name. For example: "Four Weeks Transformation" or "Build Strength in Thirty Days." The description is optional—but recommended. Use it to highlight what the client will gain: the approach, the goal, and the transformation they can expect. Next, set your program duration—how many weeks or days the program will run. Then add your price. This represents the value of your expertise and the results you're delivering. Finally, specify the number of training sessions included in the program.
Save your program
Once everything is filled in, click Save. Your program is now created and ready to assign to clients.
